The remit of your daily work @Trask

• Modern cloud native development on interesting and attractive projects within a large and a professional team, utilizing the latest methodology and tools
• Supervising, mentoring and advising of less experienced and junior developers  
• Project level development lead and code quality control
• Representing the development team in front of our clients, sometimes in English language
• Expert advice related to your area of AWS expertise (i.e.: security, M/L, IoT, containers, serverless etc.)
• Maintain the quality and increase the level of our AWS expertise in your specific area (share knowledge, identify trends and opportunities)
• Development of a variety of applications in .NET, Java, Node.js (language specific to your application) 

To get you on board, you already possess 

• Ability to communicate fluently in written and gently and slowly in spoken English language
• Advanced to expert knowledge of the programming language specific to your application, strong understanding of software development patterns and concepts
• Advanced to expert SQL/NOSQL database queries
• Track record of experience with AWS native development
• Never-ending appetite to learn cloud technologies and to improve your analytical and programming skills
• Attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility 

 How to impress us to get ahead of the other applicants 

• You hold a valid and relevant AWS certification of Associate level and above
• You have worked in an international team and/or for international clients
• You have worked on an on-prem to cloud migrations, migrated applications from monoliths to services
• You have worked on a large scale cloud native applications (does not need to be AWS) 

The difference between the Senior and the Expert 

• As an expert, you already have an area of AWS where you excel, and you expect to be the go to person for any help in this area 
• As an expert, you have 5+ years of daily hands-on experience with AWS 
• As a senior, you use the core AWS services daily, but you haven’t specialized yet 
• As a senior, you aspire to become an expert in the area of your interest, actively study the subject, but need to gain more practical specialty experience (you’ll get it here with us J)
